HOW THE DESK WORKS
Your message is encrypted to our public keys inside your browser. Your message never crosses the wire in plaintext; only the inquiry type you choose travels unencrypted, so the desk can route it.
The ciphertext travels through our relay to an end-to-end-encrypted mailbox. The relay can count tickets; it cannot read them.
It is decrypted at the desk. The bench answers, and the founder reads every ticket himself.

Our relay never sees your message, only its ciphertext and the inquiry type; it is decrypted only after delivery. Delivery notifications carry metadata only, never message content. This page, like the rest of the site, serves zero cookies and zero trackers.
